Going, Going, Gone! 

25 September | The Boatyard, Leigh-on-Sea

After an ice-quisite summer in Southend-on-Sea, our magnificent penguins will find their forever home at our grand auction. 

Guests can purchase a ticket to join us for the event to bid in person, or are welcome to bid online or via the telephone. 

Auctioned on the night will be our 31 large penguin sculptures, and 5 small penguins – please note all the other small sculptures are returned to the school or group who created them.

Register your interest in a sculpture

All interested bidders aged 18+ are welcome to apply to register their interest. We hope to fill the auction room with people who are willing to bid, so that we can raise as many funds for Havens Hospices as we possibly can. The charity relies on donations to continue providing its care free of charge to thousands of families across Essex.  

Please note, sculpture bidding will start at around £3,000 per large sculpture and baby penguins are expected to be from £2,000.
