ABOUT THE SCULPTURE
‘Take it with you when you go’ presents a vibrant underwater scene that, on closer inspection, reveals plastic waste blending into the Thames Estuary. Fish are replaced by bottles, and the seabed is strewn with straws. Its visual appeal highlights how easily we accept pollution as normal. The piece reminds us of nature’s fragility and urges us to protect the environment by taking our litter with us.
