Carys is a self-established artist who studied art at university. She used her talents in art therapy during seven years working at a dementia care home in Leigh-on-Sea. Carys curated Admiral Court’s ‘Remi the Reminiscent Elephant’ for the Herd In The City art trail. She later became closely connected with Fair Havens after her partner was diagnosed with terminal cancer just months later.
